Was thinking about a SUP session but it was all frozen early doors so did some van admin, then sorted the Merc which had a flat battery from lack of use, then sorted all the bikes out ready to load on the wife's van for a family jolly round Bedgebury :)
I've been doing some rehab using exercise bikes so was optimistic that I'd be okay, and happily after a fairly chilled out ride with the kids I'm happy that all is cool and perhaps I can push it a bit harder next time:)
Nice afternoon with the family and a little bit of exercise to boot.
Happy daze :)
